We are a family-owned apartment rental business, with over 50 years' experience in the University District. Our rentals include studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. We also have a few individual rooms for rent, with shared kitchen and bath. Some units are furnished and others are unfurnished.

Over the years, many of our tenants have come from other countries and states, as well as from Seattle. Also, much of our business comes from word-of-mouth from previous satisfied tenants.

We offer mostly long-term rentals, with a few shorter-term furnished rentals also available. Past tenants have appreciated the locations of our buildings and our service.

Our office hours are generally Monday through Saturday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, but advance notice is recommended for viewing apartments. See our contact page for instructions on how to reach us.
