Welcome!
We are a family-owned apartment rental business, with over 50 years' experience in the University District. Our rentals include one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, and studio apartments.
We offer mostly long-term unfurnished rentals, and also have some furnished apartments available for shorter terms.
Our tenants are often associated with the University of Washington, some of them from other countries and states. However, many of our tenants are not students. They appreciate the locations of our buildings and our service.
Our hours are generally Monday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, but we are not always in the office. Advance notice is recommended for viewing apartments.
